Everyone is different. Some issues will reverse quickly (in 3 to 4 months) and other deeper issues may take up to 9 months, 12 months, or even longer to resolve.
Some of our weaknesses and congestive issues are deep-seated and genetic, so it takes a lot of effort and a serious time investment to eliminate these deeper issues.
